Home Console Changes - is there a way to increase the limit?

Hi team,

While not typical, my family would represent a small fraction of the xbox community, in that our household is actually spread over three geographical areas

• My home (we have two consoles here)
• My step-son father's home (there is one console there)
• My kids mother's home (that is my ex-wife, my biological son is thinking of asking her for an xbox next year for his birthday)

So the issue I have is with game sharing, and sharing the privileges of my gold account with the kids. According to My Home Xbox Setting on Xbox One | Share Your Xbox One you
can set the home console five times a year

What can you do in a situation like my family, where I need to be able to change which console is the home console 8 times a year (and possibly 12 times a year if my son gets a console at my ex's home). Can the support team adjust the maximum number of times
for an individual console?

There is no way to track home xbox changes on the console.

Then there is nothing else you can do. If you didn't already have your console set as your Home console, there is no way to change that.

The allowed number of home console changes has been increased three to five in a twelve month period and I would guess this number has been settled on to prevent abuse of the home console system.

I understand that, but that doesnt help with my issue, and having my kids over three geographical locations throughout a year.

I know there is a thread on uservoice to have multiple home xbox's on one LAN but maybe a family subscription would be a good idea, so individual family members could log on to any xbox away from home. You could try creating the idea on uservoice, I am sure
you'd get plenty of votes.
