Home button doesnt work

Since the latest dashboard update, ive noticed pressing the Xbox Button or saying "xbox go home" doesnt always work when in game. Instead nothing will happen. Seems after a minute or so it does decide to work, but only noticed this since the latest update.
Doesnt happen all the time, but 2 games ive played it happens with now and again

Anyone else?

Home menu selection problem

For some reason. The home button on the guide menu doesnt work when i select it. I always gotta hit b to back up or hit the middle button to select my games or select one of the other features and dont know why the home button doesnt work when i push it
when i wanna go back to the main menu

My facial hair disappears after I remove my skull mask, the grey one.

Hold back button and manually take the mask off. If that doesnt work then change it in your closet at your home. One of these should work.

Try hard reset. If that doesn't work post it in the support forums since MS doesn't read this section.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

For cases like this steps that we have to perform is try to use a different controller if there is an available one. If there isn't please check if there is an update available for the controller that you're currently using. Please follow the steps below:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, select Profile & system > Settings > Devices & streaming > Accessories, and then select the controller you want to update.
2. On the Xbox Wireless Controller screen, select “…” to check the firmware version for your controller.
3. If it says “Update,” select Firmware version, and then follow the steps provided.

I think its a technical problem in the controller, i tried connecting it to a pc and the same issue occurred I have to press the button firmly to work and sometimes twice or more ...
