- May I ask which Xbox model you are using?
- Do you have any external storage units plugged into your console?
- If I'm understanding correctly, pressing the home button on your controller is not opening the Xbox guide. Could you tell me the exact phrasing of the error message you are getting and if you are getting a numeric error code with it?

Exact problem except I don't get the install play option in the store, it says Unavailable. Verified it is the Xbox version of MCC. Tried clearing cache. I thought maybe that Microsoft was having an outage, but its been a week and the button that should
say download, says unavailable.

No, there is no way. The only option is to press the nexus button (Xbox button) on the controller, and then home.

When you are in the game, press the Guide button on the controller. This will take you to the Home screen. The game should be in the big window on the home screen. Make sure your cursor has this window highlighted, then clicked the Menu button and now you
should see the Quit option. Let us know if you have any other questions.

I have the same issue - "Due to a previous redemption, you are eligible to redeem free fall." use option to download it but it on the marketplace page it says it is "unavailable" where the purchase/download button usually is.
