Only phone support has the ability to reset a user's home console count, and it's at their discretion.

Now that the limit was increased from three to five in a year there is no guarantee they will reset it.

What happens when you try?

This is great news. Mr. Spencer is a very likeable person and the right person for the job. I wish hom luck and hope he brings the xbox division back to greatness.

I haven't got to try again but will later when i get hom
