    Holiday punch card not working on Xbox One


    I've activated the holiday punch card for EA play, and have since earned several achievements but the punch card is not registering them. The game I've played comes up on the list provided but it's still saying only 2/4 actions completed?

    Make sure its an eaplay game. The game will say eaplay in the corner.

    When I done the ori one it took 48 hours to show up .

    If there is not long left , get in touch with the rewards team they will check it all out for you đź‘Ť

    Tried the rewards support for 5 days straight and at least 3 times over the 24 hour period now and you take the time to write everything only for a yellow box to come to come up saying SORRY something wrong at our end try again later ! and to top it off
    they have now put a sea of thieves one out and that punch card won't register either and the plague of innocence and mortal kombat x weekly rewards things to do are not tracking! .There is no other way i can see to contact them, any ideas i am in the UK.

    Hi all

    Certain punch carda on yhe xbox one are not working as they should

    Cards wont complete for Ori and the Will +250 points and Gear Pop +500 points

    I also rentedand brought three movies (all over ÂŁ3.49) tocget my card stamp and only one card got marked!
    same problem here :(:(:(
