HOLA 4 no reproduce mi xbox 360 ELITE Disk problem or SOFTWARE

I see that may be a software error or update Xbox 360 discs are relatively new, many people from Latin American have this problem the console loads the disk but does not play it HALO 4. What's going on,
MICROSOFT?

How long has this been happening for? I stopped using my console for 3 years, this year I had the problem with only that disk.
Do you have an Xbox 360 or an Xbox One? xbox 360 elite

Can you explain what happens when you put the disc in? Do you get any error messages?

When inserting the disk it loads and after a while it asks me to open the disc tray we don´t have any error messages

I remember that at the beginning after many attempts I played the disc but it did not load the game well now I can not make it happen that way.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the Xbox 360. I
recommend to try clearing out the system cacheand
power cycling the Xbox console.

Hello Jose,

The disk drive solution Crystal gave have you given that a try? Also would like you to search for the game on the store, see if it is available for purchase. Could be that maybe the game isn't supported in your region any longer seeing as many having the
issue with that one game.

What model of Xbox do you have? It could be a disk reader problem that does not read the game, so to better understand.
