Hogwarts legacy won’t start after install

I bought hogwarts legacy and installed it. when i try run it, i get the error “Give that another try if it still doesn’t work restart your xbox. in some cases resetting your xbox might also help 0x8000701e7”

I have reset my console, reinstalled the game and done the advanced network settings

Please help !!

According to Xbox Support:

"This may mean that your console is experiencing a system update issue that is preventing it from updating successfully."

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. "

If it doesn't then it's not a series x

Xbox one s nor x is a series console and they are 12 years in technology difference

May I know what error message are you getting there when you try to install the game?

I suggest that you try to clear your local saved games and also try to install it in offline mode.

Which edition did you buy

There is two

Legacy and legacy gold

Legacy had both

You just need to find the xbox one copy in yoir ready to install library
