Hogwarts Legacy Refund

Hey, I was wondering if I would be able to get a refund on my Xbox One X Hogwarts Legacy game?

I bought it after playing the PS4 version and decided to play on the Xbox One X, however, My console kept shutting off everytime I would get to the beginning cutscenes. Not even skipping helped, I checked and troubleshooted from all angles, but nothing seemed to work. So Instead I was hoping to get a refund. Tho it is a hard copy that I bought from my nearest GameStop. Can y'all help me? That $60 would definitely help pay my bills.

My hogwarts legacy was canceled and said refunded as well but I still have yet to get the money back to buy it again.

With disk copy you would have to trade in. As no retailer will take back a disk unless you can prove manufacturer defect on the disk once opened and it would be Store credit not cash

You are better off just selling it privately

You would have to contact Gamestop regarding a refund since it was bought through them.
