Hogwarts Legacy pre-order changes

I pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe edition of Hogwarts Legacy a few months ago and they recently announced that they would be releasing the last-gen versions two months later than the next gen versions and the bundle I preordered had both versions in it. My Xbox used to have both the Xbox One and Xbox Series S|X versions in my owned games section on my Xbox but now only has the Xbox One version and on the store it says the bundle I pre-ordered now doesn't include the last-gen game in the bundle but the description says that that consumers "will recieve access to the Xbox One version on April 4th".

My purchase history is the same as it was previously and shows the bundle as having everything it originally did but clicking on the bundle says it is no longer available for purchase.

Do I actually have this bundle still and will I get everything it previously advertised?

I checked my bank and there’s a transaction for $60 on 12/5/22 and hogwarts legacy was the only game I pre ordered/paid for at that time for that price but when I went to Xbox transaction there’s no payment for hogwarts legacy it’s like I never pre ordered/paid for it

Thanks for reaching out to the Xbox forums. We understand there may be some frustration regarding the refund, however you should be able to pre-order again. There may have been an issue if you were trying to pre-order the same exact version of the game, as some changes were made.

yes, you still have access to both versions, don't worry, they just separated the versions at the time of installation, but your history guarantees access to both products.

Are you using the Xbox Series X/S console as well?

What happened when you tried to install the game?

Please try to manually search "Pre-order" in the Store if you can find the game to install to your console.
