Hogwarts Legacy pre-order cancelled

Hello. I just got an email from Microsoft saying my order has been cancelled. It's strange, because I pre-ordered the game (Hogwarts Legacy Delux edition) in August and in the Xbox app it says 'Download to console'. Does it mean I won't be able to play the game?

I checked my bank and there’s a transaction for $60 on 12/5/22 and hogwarts legacy was the only game I pre ordered/paid for at that time for that price but when I went to Xbox transaction there’s no payment for hogwarts legacy it’s like I never pre ordered/paid for it

You would have to try contacting support and speak to billing to see if they can find out why it was cancelled. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us Other than that, you would just place a new order.

Yes. If the order was cancelled, then you won't own it so you won't be able to play it.

“The cancellation is due to the delay of the release of the Xbox One version which is included with the Digital Deluxe Edition for Xbox Series X|S. You'll be able to pre-order again and play when the game launches for the Series X on February 10th, 2023!”

Why was it cancelled and what do I do now?

Hogwarts Legacy pre-order cancelled
