Hogwarts Legacy keeps crashing

So, this isn't the first game to do this but I will be in the middle of playing Hogwarts Legacy and suddenly it'll freeze and go to the Xbox home screen. It will happen randomly like if I try to fast travel or even just walking through the world. I have Uninstaller and re-installed the game. Cleared the cache three different ways and yet still, the game will crash. Other games such as rocket league or monster hunter never have this issue. Has anyone else run into this with a solution?

Seems like you have performed all the necessary steps. The last resort will be resetting the console and keeping games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

The only other game I've had this trouble with (at least this extensively) is Hogwarts legacy. That game crashed a lot on me as well. Even after all the patches they made for fixing the crashes.

I'm sorry for the trouble, Janice. I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work uninstalling and reinstalling the game will be the next step.
