Hogwarts legacy issues with purchase

I pre-ordered the standard addition thinking I'd get yo play it today (the 10th) it charged me $74 and I can't play it. The play date seems to have changed to april 4th. Fine. But I did purchase it as per my purchase history through what my bank says but microsoft is saying I haven't purchased it and no refund in sight. What can I do to get a refund?

Have you accidentely purchased the Xbox One version and not the Xbox Series X/S version? There's 2 versions and the Xbox One version isn't released until April i believe
