cant believe 41 hours in on spinners lair trying t rescue deet's friend with all the auto saves my only option is six crash screens or the 15hr in from February 8th 74.99 for a game in these trying times was a stretch as it was such a disappointment whats going oon waited over two year for this game absoulety gutted

The only other game I've had this trouble with (at least this extensively) is Hogwarts legacy. That game crashed a lot on me as well. Even after all the patches they made for fixing the crashes.

I'm sorry for the trouble, Janice. I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work uninstalling and reinstalling the game will be the next step.
