    Hogwarts deluxe - not appearing to install


    Anyone else had problems with Hogwarts. I pre-ordered and purchased the deluxe version. It’s in my purchase history it says I own it, yet when I go to install it it reverts to the standard version that doesn’t give the add ons. Iv freed a load of space so it’s not that. I’m on series X.

    Thank you, although I still don’t have my add-ons, these are also showing as owned. According to Google these should be available after the tutorial but Iv got nothing. Think I’ll reinstall.

    When you purchase a deluxe or premium edition of a game, you will always get the standard edition, the add-ons that come with it are always available in game or downloaded separately when available.

    Since you have purchased the game Hogwarts Legacy: Digital Deluxe Edition, indeed you should be able to access the game on Xbox One console.

    You will need to perform some basic troubleshooting steps in order to fix this. Please remove your Microsoft account (Where the game Hogwarts Legacy was purchased) from your Xbox One console > restart your console > re-add your Microsoft account > then check to see if it works here's how to remove your account:

    1.Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

    2.Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

    3.Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

    > then restart your console and proceed with re-adding your Microsoft account. You've got nothing to worry as this will not delete your saved data progress.

    Then check if you can install the game Hogwarts Legacy: Digital Deluxe Edition or Hogwarts Legacy: Xbox One version on your Xbox One console.
