    My son's account was issued an enforcement ban in regards to I don't even know what which resulted in a communication ban. On the date of the offense we did not have power in our house due to renovations. I am really disappointed in a service that I am
    paying is now suspended for false accusations.

    You should have been sent an email with information about the suspension. Otherwise,
    http://enforcement.xbox.com is the only place to find information about suspensions/bannings. Keep in mind that it takes time for the enforcement team to investigate complaints, so the actual action
    could have taken place months ago.

  6. I find that hard to believe that it could have happened months ago and it's completely ridiculous for an "investigation". There should be rules like as in real life innocent until proven guilty.

    This is what I received - This account engaged in inappropriate communications. This activity may include harassment, abusive language, hate speech, profanity, disruptive or offensive language, spamming, or other inappropriate uses of Xbox Live communications
    features. Temporary suspension impact:

    I want to see or hear what this was. Completely unacceptable to just expect to take whatever ban w/out actual proof. Anyone can make false complaints, this isn't right.

  7. This is really great customer service, I mean really you guys make it so we cannot contact you and I am unable to apply for review. How about all the money I spend on games and content and this is how I'm treated. I can't even get a real response. Really
    disappointed.

    The Enforcement Team doesn't use the forum any more, so all you are doing is complaining to fellow gamers.

    Bans aren't instant. Think about how many gamers are on Xbox Live, there are millions, and then think on how many complaints would be filed each day. At a conservative estimate there would be one hundred thousand complaints made. You really think they can

  9. Then why was I told when I called this was the only place I could speak with someone? This run around game is great. How are they not instant? If they ban you then you have to wait while they review it? It would have already been in review if it was
    from a previous time.

    They review the case and then suspend or ban you, not the other way around.

    When someone files a complaint it is sent to the enforcement team and they investigate the complaint to determine if something was done to violate the code of conduct. If nothing was nothing, no action is taken. If they do determine you've done something
    to violate the code, then they take the appropriate action. They receive thousands of complaints a day so it does take time for them to investigate each one. It's definitely not instant.

    A case review system is in place so you can have them reevaluate their decision, but most of the time their decisions are upheld and they will tell you again why you were suspended. They will not tell you exactly what was said or when it was said.
