    I am needing to talk to a real person that can help me with a refund here the thing for the past 3 or so months I've been playing owned games through cloud gaming on my Xbox one s every single day so today I bought another game that was added to stream your owned games using cloud I was so excited to play the game but to my surprise when I go to play it using cloud gaming I can't it not showing cloud gaming so I thought maybe I bought the wrong game so I got refunded so I went to play 7 days to die using cloud gaming on my Xbox one s but I can't I literally been playing 7 days to die every single day last month using cloud but today I can't play any game that in the owned library on console so I want to get my money refunded for all the games I bought in the last few months and get refunded my game pass ultimate im done with gp after and if I get refunded

    Hi,

    before you contact MS a question: Is the Game Pass sub still active ? Cause you'll need it to play online in the cloud.

    If your answer is NO then you know now why it's not working anymore.

    If your answer is YES then go to the Microsoft contact us site of your country and search a topic where you can request a call back from the support. (the topic must not fit with your issue). But first you should ask for help, maybe they have an idea why it's not working anymore.
