    Turv3y is correct but just in case this is a legitimate issue could you please post the error codes you're receiving when you try to purchase these 400 MSP! Hmm :)

    They don`t, i have been pointing out hackers for years.

    You will however get banned for sending them messages threatening to report them.

    Buy it now or buy it later. Either way you will get your moneys worth. This game is filled with things to do and places to explore. I have probably played over ten hours and barely have around 8% progress done if that.
