    Thank you for letting us know it is only this game that cannot connect to the multiplayer servers. If your network tests come back good for multiplayer, go ahead and do a

    hard reset and power cycle    . Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and
    turn on the Xbox.

    If it still cannot connect then you may need to re-install the game.

    Give that a try and let us know how it goes!
