    Hitman2 Funny Business 10-29-2020


    I was playing a contract for Hitman2 and the load time for it was exceptionally long.

    When the contract loaded there was no music, but the sound effects were playing.

    I completed the contract and when it went to the status screen, the screen went black.

    It stayed black for several minutes.

    I turned off my console and did some other stuff for a few hours.

    I turned my console on a few moments ago and received notification that Hitman2 is not found on my console !!!

    It's telling me I have to re-install this game!!!

    ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!?!!

    UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

    I HAVE BEEN CHARGED TWICE FOR A GAME

    On 29 April 2020 my son purchased GTA5 through Xbox Live For $45.46. It said it was declined so I tried to purchase it again and it told me to contact my bank. I contacted the Police Bank and they advised me that I have been debited twice. I authorize the purchase of 1 game and only want to be debited once. The game does not show up on my Xbox. Can you please help me I understand how busy you are.
