Hitman Triology not installing on Xbox One X?

Hey there! I feel like it's always me with these problems because my minecraft account is already Microsoft but hypixel (biggest minecraft server in the world) prevents me from playing certain game modes, saying that my account is not transferred to Microsoft. Anyway, yesterday Mon 29th August i decided to install the Hitman Triology but when it installed along with all the dlcs, I could only play the prologue and some random mission which said free to play. When I went to the campaign section all the missions looked grayed out and I couldn't play any of them, even though the triology was meant to install all 3 hitmans, did I do something wrong because it keeps telling me to buy the hitman standard edition even though I thought it was included in the triology already. I would really like to experience the full potential of this game but can't get the games to work apart from the prologue. Any ideas on what may have gone wrong?

Game sharing I think. The account with the game pass ultimate is always signed in so the other accounts on the xbox can play the game pass games.

Unfortunately reinstalling didn't work for some reason. I checked all the addons and it says hitman 1, 2 and 3 access passes are installed but still ingame it says I need to upgrade to the full game. I checked the notification section for my xbox and it says all the stuff was downloaded? I really don't know what to do now because I have all the stuff installed apparently from the xbox notifications because it said I installed the hitman triology but it still says ingame that I haven't downloaded or bought the full game?

It didn't :/, I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling, that should do the trick? Thanks a lot for helping and it's no bother. Unfortunately at the rate that it's installing I will need to get back to you tomorrow. I hope that's not too much trouble for you?

If yes, are you able to see it with the other hitman games included as a bundle and order status completed?

Also, in case you purchased the game recently. When did you do it?
And which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this problem, in that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed
