Hitman trilogy PC Game Pass. I only get the option to install Hitman 3

Hi,

I figured out the problem. The trilogy comes as 1 package within the hitman 3 game. This isn’t obvious when you first open the game as you have to complete a tutorial and first mission related to hitman 3. Once that’s completed you then have access to all 3 of the games from within hitman 3.

I move your reply to a new thread so that I can further assist you and hopefully resolve your problem. Let me provide you with a couple of suggestions that I hope solves your issue.

Solution 1: Reset Windows 10 store & Xbox Companion APP

1. Open Settings.
   
2. Go to Apps -> Apps & features.
   
3. On the right side, look for Microsoft Store/Xbox App and click it.
   
4. The advanced options link will appear. Click it
   
5. Next, click on the Reset button to reset Microsoft Store/Xbox App to default settings.
   

Follow the same steps to reset the Xbox Companion App. After you have completed solution one, you can do the following.

Solution 2: Play games offline on Windows 10 using Offline mode; this error could also be attributed to issues with the Microsoft store not recognizing your entitlement to the game. Would you please click on this link Play games offline on Windows 10 using Offline mode | Xbox Support. Then scroll down and click on the drop-down arrow and look at the steps for How to enable offline play on your device.

Solution 3: Reinstall the Gaming Services app on your Windows 10/11 device:

1. Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type PowerShell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and select Run as administrator.
   
2. In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:
   
3. get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
   
4. In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:
   
5. start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
   
6. Install the app on that page and select Yes when receiving the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
   
7. Restart your device and try to install the game again.

Hit man 3 campaign it's available with game pass, have you installed Hitman 3 or the Hitman 3 trilogy edition? You can look for both of this in the store and confirm which one is missing
