Hitman Trilogy not installing for other Family users on Game Pass

Hitman Trilogy wont allow access to game content for other users in Family Group when installed from Game Pass Ultimate onto Xbox Series X.

The game functions fine on my main profile, but if I switch to another profile, that user only sees the starter version of the game and is prompted to 'GET ACCESS' to the rest of the game content via purchase from Microsoft Store. The other user is part of my Family Group, playing from my home Xbox Series X, with my account also signed in.

So far I have tried:

Uninstalling the addons,

Deleting all save data.

Uninstalling the game, addons, save data and reinstalling.

Starting the game in my profile then switching to the other profile from the in-game prompt.

This is the only game where I have run into this issue with the other profiles on the same Xbox. I see other posts on other sites with people having similar issues but none of the suggestions I have seen have worked for me.

For anyone that finds this post in the future - this worked for me.

My Xbox had not been set as my 'Home Xbox' (I thought I had done that, but seems I was wrong). Once I checked that tick box as described above the other profiles on the same Xbox could access the full game as normal.

We understand that you are trying to allow your family to game share the game installed in your Xbox profile. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

If any case, you have not set up Home Xbox yet, try it and see if you can share the downloaded game - Hitman to your family.

NOTE: You can switch your home Xbox up to five times in any one-year period. If you reach your limit for the year, we’ll show you the next available date you can change it. Customer support can’t offer additional switches.

When you first install a digital game on your home Xbox, your console retrieves a license from the Xbox network to play it. The digital game license is tied to your home Xbox and never expires unless you change your home Xbox. This gives you access to your digital games whether you’re online or offline.

Friends and family that sign in to your home Xbox have access too, even when you’re not signed in. For instance, a family member can play your games when you’re not using your console—they just need to sign in with their Xbox profile.

Important You can download, play, and share your digital games on any Xbox console without having to switch your home Xbox. This is handy if you have a second console or play on a friend’s console. Everyone can enjoy your games if the console is online and everyone is signed in to the Xbox network.

However, you can only share these to anyone signed into your Home Xbox (as you mention, your family)

Your Xbox Live Gold subscription
Games and downloadable content from the Microsoft Store
Games from an Xbox Game Pass or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription

Any account-specific items can't always be shared. Examples:

Game-specific content like Minecraft Skin Mashups or Halo REQ Packs purchased with in-game currencies
In-game currency such as Minecraft Coins
Certain pre-order bonuses and special edition content that can only be redeemed once

How to set your Home Xbox?

Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.
Do either of the following to change the status of your console:
- To make this your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox.
- To remove this console as your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox and then Remove this as my home Xbox.

the Hitman Trilogy on Game Pass includes access to the full versions of Hitman 1, 2, and 3. You should not need to purchase these games separately to access them. If you are being asked to purchase them, it is possible that there is an issue with your Game Pass subscription or the way the games are installed on your Xbox.
