Hitman Season 1 September Games with Gold Issue

Hello how are you? I had downloaded the free games with gold hitman the complete first season in September and i went to play it today and strangely the only package available is Sapienza and of course the base main game. All the other levels are not there
and if i go back to the microsoft store to try to redownload the individual levels such as Paris, Marrakesh etc. it says they are not available to download at all. So not sure what has happened but i only have Sapienza. I went to manage games etc and all the
shows up for Hitman, is the base game of 23 gigs and the 7 gig Sapienza. There is no option for any other downloads in "install now" etc. Its odd as i don't even have the first level which is Paris, only the second level which is Sapienza which is super bizarre....Please
help as i did indeed download the season 1 but cant figure out how i only have 1 level of the season..... something i'm missing here?

Am i posting in the right spot to be in contact with an xbox support helper?

Was really excited to see Hitman in the Games with Gold section! Can't wait to play through the entire first season of this. Haven't checked out Earth Defence Force yet but i'm going to have to deal with Hitman first lol.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. The
upgrade version of the game needs to meet certain criteria in order to utilize it. You must own either ‘HITMAN - The Complete First Season’, ‘HITMAN - Upgrade Pack’ or have individually purchased all episodes from Season 1 to be able to use this item. Search
for other ‘HITMAN Game Of The Year Edition’ options if you do not own any of these items. Does the account meet this criteria?

I have the same problem too, but I haven't got ‘HITMAN - The Complete First Season’, ‘HITMAN - Upgrade Pack’ or have individually purchased all episodes from Season 1.

I have just the cheahpest Hitman, and the "Hitman - Game of the Year Edition Upgrade".

What not so funny is: now I can't these things purchasing in the Store.

What can I do now?
