Hitman episodes not working

hi i need some help

I’ve contacted Microsoft about this but no joy I’m trying to play hitman game and I’ve installed all the episodes and only episode 2 is working it comes up Downloadable content not installed. And go to Xbox game store. In the store it says not sold separately
then this product is installed.

Hitman Complete 1st Season

i purchased the Hitman Complete 1st Season and it says that the Paris episode is in it, but does that include the Prologue or is that what the Paris episode is? It shows "Owned" for all episodes, including the "Special Summer Episode" but the Prologue/Paris
one doesn't show as being "Owned" , I want the Compete Hitman game from the Very beginning through to the end and want to make sure I'm not missing anything.Thanks

All the episodes are already out. Still not able to purchase this game.

Hello. The first thing I would try is the good old hard restart on your system, and signing out of your profile and back in. Check for updates of the game as well, if you haven't already. If it's still not working it may be worth
while to uninstalling and reinstalling the game and all of the content to get it to "register" that it's installed.

Just to add. Perform the hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

I Think with this Edition of Hitman is by Episodes, liked Resident Evil Revelations where we need own all episodes
