Hitman , Achievement City Of Light unclok ?

I have
a
problem
with
achievement
:
'City
of
light'
on
Hitman,
he
won't
unlock,
despite
conditions
filled
to
get it.
Can
you
help
me
thank you in
advance
for
your
proposals.

Achievements are not unlocking even though I have met the criteria.

For many of us the "attempting the achievement(s) one more time" suggestion is not an option as they are earned through unique/non-repeatable events in a game or cumulative actions which cease to register once the trigger point has been achieved. For example,
in my case: Hitman - City of Light (reach level 20 mastery in Paris). I've done every challenge in Paris.

Try all the steps in the achievement guide: xbx.lv/achsticky to see if that helps? Be sure and fill out the survey at
the end so Xbox can look into it if necessary.

The games im looking forward too are :

1.) The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim

2.) Batman Arkham City

3.) Mw3

4.) Assassins Creed Revelations

5.) Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City

6.) and hopefully in 2012, Hitman Absolution

Some games like Defense Grid, Assassins creed 2, Crackdown, Dead Rising 2, Magic 2013, a world of keflings, Iron brigade, shoot many robots, sleeping dogs, Lara croft guardians of light, dead island, hitman absolution, dead light, dust an Elysan tail, dark
souls, saints row 3, Charlie murder, super street fighter 4, Gotham city impostors, battleblock theater, motocross madness, Dishonored, Monaco.I could download this games.But now the Region Locked strikes again
