    Hitman Absolution Now Backwards Compatible


    One of the best Hitman games IMO is coming to the Xbox One. I believe it was even a GWG for the 360 awhile back.

    Hitman Absolution Now Backwards Compatible

    I'm certain it was a GWG a while back as it's sitting in my waiting to install list and I don't remember buying it digitally.

    While I'd certainly agree that Absolution changed up the pace, it was arguably the WORST received Hitman game to date. According to its rusted-on fanbase, the one to beat was Blood Money, and arguably the latest (episodic) Hitman came the closest by some
    margin. That said, I hated *every* Hitman game until I played Absolution, so what would I know? Well, I know that it skewed much closer to a Splinter Cell game, it had some great story beats and that 'Contracts' mode kept me playing after the fact...

    But I'd sooner be shouting from the rooftops for an Absolution remaster than a back-compat. Never gonna happen, so that's that. BRING BACK SAM FISHER!!!

    I couldn't agree more. I own every Splinter Cell game and only hope that Ubisoft announces another one at E3 this June. And they better include Spies vs. Mercs Multiplayer.

    Why isn't the Hitman HD Trilogy game not Backwards Compatible

    • Hitman HD Pack
    • Hitman: Absolution
    • Hitman: Blood Money

    Hitman HD Trilogy

    Only the Hitman hd pack is backward compatible, so I don't think the hd trilogy works on xbox one.
