    Hitman: Absolution just erased my progress


    I was playing Hitman: Absolution when I realized that my XBOX360 freezed, then I turned it off and on again, but when i got into the game again, there is no save file. I would have to start from scratch. I'm very angry and I don't know what to do. If I can
    not play without the fear of losing my progress, I want my money back. I bought this game online and downloaded it a month ago.

    Hitman: Absolution just erased my progress

    I know several people who have this game and have never mentioned any such problem. Are you sure you're selecting the right storage device? Unfortunately there are no refunds.

    There was apparently a patch released on December 20th, 2013 to fix that particular issue. Frankly Microsoft is not responsible for the game running perfectly. If you have a problem with the game you'll have to take it up with Square-Enix

    Success! However, in all this fuss my saved game with near-100% completion got erased. If any of you find yourselves in the same boat, the trick is to erase all your Hitman: Absolution DLC and redownload that. Also, save your games on the Cloud because this
    game has a nasty lost save game glitch also (in all formats).
