Hitman: Absolution Eng language pack region locked

Hi all

Recently I downloaded Hitman with the GWG promotion but it turned out to be only in my mother language (dubbed). Now when I try to download the Eng language pack via the marketplace it turns out to be region-locked. Now why is that? It's kinda silly other
countries can't use the original audio, it doesn't make sense.

That would be something that's up to the game's developers. They're the ones who ultimately decide what gets released where.

 

It's more up to the publisher, the developers have nothing to say. Still, this also is a question to MS as they control the content on XBL marketplace - is it that hard to negotiate it to be available everywhere?

first and foremost international laws on content is not the same everywhere

each content has to be localized for the region

violent triple a titles usually are region locked due to those reasons

 

I bought Tomb Raider and Call Of Duty, both up 80% Appears "It is not possible to download the file" and just cancel the download has two weeks since I'm trying to download and I can not, can someone please help me ?

 

It's best to create your own thread for the best assistance. But does your account region match your physical location? Usually that's a sign of a region issue.
