HITMAN 2016 sound not working. Please help!!!

I have an Xbox One S and the sound seems to be fine on every other game apart from Hitman, I'll give an example of my issue, I cannot hear conversations all around me, I can only hear what Agent 47 is facing. How do I fix this?

If you ever played this game offline. It would not have saved your achievement progress on Xbox live. It might have registered it on the game achievements but to be uploaded to the cloud and achieved on OUR services and applied to your gamerscore you had
to be connected 100% to xbox live gold.

I have already tried everything suggested in that article, and other games are unlocking achievements without problem so it appears to be a game specific issue.

Edit: Also, some achievements do seem to be tracking, but story related ones (that should be unmissable) aren't unlocking.

Hi, as it's only that game that's having the issue I'd say firstly to check the audio settings in the game options and take it from there. Could be just something isn't set right.

 

There is 3 different options: Surround, Stereo and Headphones

And I think all of them have the same issue

 

Try plugging in a headset and adjust your sound settings and also for the ones in-game, too.

 

What should I adjust the TV and in-game ones to?
