    Hello,

    I need help with my copy of Hitman 1 Definitive Edition. I spoke with Robert 4 days ago and I haven't heard back so I am posting here hoping to get a quicker resolution.

    I redeemed the code that came with my physical version of Hitman Definitive Edition and Robert verified that I had "purchased" Hitman Definitive Edition: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/hitman-definitive-edition/c4bs3zwf6qwk/0001?lc=1033&wa=wsignin1.0&activetab=pivot%3Aoverviewtab

    The problem I have is that I only own/received from the Xbox marketplace the 4 items in the "In this bundle" section; Episode 5, Episode6, Anniversary outfit and the Summer Bonus Episode.

    It is my understand and based on the description on the marketplace:

    HITMAN - Definitive Edition brings together all of the episodes and locations from HITMAN Season One, plus the Patient Zero bonus campaign and Game of the Year content. All of the Escalation Contracts, Featured Contracts and Challenge Packs are also included

    that I should own/receive everything in the "Works with" section which includes all of Season 1 content as well as GOTY content.

    It seems to be a glitch on the marketplace. For example if I uninstall Episode 6 and I visit the marketplace on my XBOX I am given the option to "Install" the episode again since I own it. However if I do the same with episodes 1-4 I am greeted with the
    message something along the line of I can download the episode for now or buy it to own it which reinforces my theory that I do not own the Season 1 content advertised in the actual description.

    This is causing havoc with Hitman 2 and legacy episodes since I cannot get and download the Legacy GOTY content, which is a different product than the plain Legacy content which only covers episodes 1-6 and none of the bonus episodes.

    It's a weird issue and I need help resolving it. As I said Robert confirmed that I own and redeemed the Definitive Edition but what I received is not what is described on the Marketplace and/or IOI's site.

    Hi Keith,

    Did they ever send you an email? you can reply to that. If not you will have to request a call from support.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    No I never received an e-mail so that's why I'm trying to follow-up here. When I tried on Wednesday night there was no chat option so I phoned and received a call. But the call dropped after about 5 minutes and no one called again. I followed your instructions
    earlier and as I said my options were to "Talk to a gamer" or "post in the Community" which are not helpful in my situation. Now the chat option is back so I will try that again.

    I haven't needed help before so I wasn't aware that support is a roulette wheel and their is a massive barrier to me getting any help. Bizarre.

    I have solved following your suggestions. In particular, I have uninstall one mission (Paris in my case) and I have re-install it directly via the pop-up ''contento scaricabile non installato'' (see the picture in my original message) --> ''vai a Xbox game
    store''.

    After the installation, all packages work properly.
