    Hit Man 3 issues


    Has anyone here run into issues with the HitMan 3 not loading the DLC content from the HitMan 2 Standard Expansion? It was working fine 2 weeks ago and since then I've had issues with it not loading at all. Spent time with Microsoft support and thought I had fixed the issue BUT it only loads on the HitMan 2 side whereas before everything was accessible via Hitman 3.

    So here, even though I already own the expansion it still tells me that I dont have the required content installed.

    So I advance to the Microsoft Store and this is what I come up on..says I already own it and to manage it.

    And here I already own both the Expansion and Hitman 2 standard pass both are installed

    I am at a loss and running into dead ends here. I tried to reset the system to a default setting and still I have had no luck.

    We're sorry to hear that you were having issue using your DLC on HitMan 3. Let us check on this together so you will get back to gaming.

    As per your description, the HitMan 2 successfully loaded up the DLC Hitman 2 Expansion with the help of contacting support however HitMan 3 did not load the DLC. To isolate your issue, we will be asking for few things:

    When did this issue happen? Was there a recent update or installed application on your device?

    Have you tried to perform troubleshooting suggested in here - Find your games and add-ons?

    Just to confirm, you already completed all the tasks on HitMan 2 before acquiring the DLC, right?

    Please, do not forget to check here for known issues that might be related to your concern.
