History vanishes when playing Solitaire

My wife plays Microsoft Solitaire regularly. She likes to keep a running score and history but sometimes she finds that the history is gone and she has to start from scratch. I suspect that I may be responsible when tidying up my computer using Glary Utilities
and CCleaner. Is this likely or is there another explanation?

Does she sign in with a Microsoft account? If she's signed in but then gets signed out, it may not show her history.

Thanks for your reply. If Windows has its own cleaner, why do CCleaner and Glary utilities always come up with so many files to clean? Similarly, the registry cleaner always comes up with lots of files to delete. I would be happy to abandon these cleaners
if I thought that Windows was doing its own cleaning.

It is probably one of the programs that you use. I wouldn't advise using either of them, as Windows has it's own cleaner that can remove files for you anyway. As for other 3rd party programs that ccleaner and glary utilities clean, those programs usually
have an option to remove clutter they create too.

as well thr Same issue for me - unable to login, and as a result my 'perfect' score for the January daily challenges has vanished. I am simply not inclined to start from scratch again.

I have even tried to log in via my Xbox profile, but still cannot access my scores history for Sudoku, while I have no problem with Solitaire or Mahjong. this sucks.....

Hey there arvyskip.

Make sure you're signed in with the same Microsoft Account that you used originally. If the Achievements are no longer there than it sounds like you may be using the incorrect account.
