History repeating itself?

I have bought double copies of many many games including Vanquish, Xcom EU, FFXIII, Child of Eden, Borderlands and others...

 

Don't know if this counts as i never have bought the same game over but i purchased the Doom 3 Collectors Edition original XBOX game and when the Doom 3 BFG Edition 360 remake released i had to pick that up as well.

I had did it one time last year. Because it gone mission. And had alot money on my XBL account. I dl it. But that was the same console. I had boughting same games on other platforms. I be doing that when I get the one. If there is a 360 version too. I mainly
played it at my dads or need something to play between XB1 games.

 

I bought Williams Pinball Hall of Fame for the PS2, 360, PS3 and Wii.

 

The only game I ever bought more than once was The Witcher 2. I had the retail version. But my dog bumped my 360 while I was playing it and the disk was destroyed. I was at a good part in the game and wanted to keep playing, so I just bought the games on
demand version.

 

I think the only game I had bought and sold twice was CoD4. After 8 months or so (roughly 5 being at max rank) I got so sick of it I couldn't bear to play it. I bought it again and played a bit on my new account. I sold it the second time to trade-in for
a newer CoD...which I most likely ended up selling as well.

 

Mass Effect 2. Bought it 5 times. 2 on 360, 1 on PS3, then both editions of the trilogy. 6 times if you count the free copy I got with Dragon Age 2.

 

Only one: Fallout 3. I played it and gave it to a friend. I missed it so much I had to go buy it again.

^^ That's quite a list. I feel special being the only one not buying the same game again.

 

I don't buy the same game twice very often. I can only name 4 games that I bought twice. Rainbow Six Vegas 2 DISC & Digital Download, BF3 for Xbox 360/PC and GTA IV for Xbox 360/PC, Gear of War 1 DISC and digital download.

 

Why are so many of you having to buy the same game multiple times? That seems cray cray.

I bought the Sims 3 twice :3 That's about it for me.
