History Channel App not working?

    History Channel App not working?


    Hello All,

    Every time I try to open the History Channel App it says...Sorry, the History Channel server isn’t available right now. Please try again later. For more information, go to www.xbox.com/status.

    The Xbox status says its up.

    I've deleted and reinstalled with no success, and this has been happening for three days now.

    Any other suggestions?

    History Channel app?

    Just wondering if anyone knows if The History Channel app will ever come to Xbox One or One X? I really hope it does.

    why do i need a service provider to use history channel and other apps on the xbox? or how do i get around it?

    History Channel App not working?

    I am having the same issue, and when i sign in to chat with support it won't let me type my name into the boxes

    It is exactly a month after this thread was created, and the History channel app is doing the same thing again. I've reinstalled several times yet when I try to open it it says Sorry, the History Channel server isn’t available right now. Please try again

    This is so annoying because it's also happening with the Lifetime app.

    I'm able to use both apps perfectly on my phone, just not on my xbox 360.

    Can't add Netflix or espn app to OneGuide

    The espn app worked with my app channel - it automatically added itself to the one guide once I installed the app. The netflix app on the other hand does not show up in the list of apps that I can even add to the channel list at all. Is anybody else even
    seeing netflix as an option to add to the app channel list?
