    Hello i have an xbox series s and Hisense Roku 43 Inch R43A7200UK Smart 4K HDR LED Freeview TV

    As far as i know the tv is 4k 60hz with hdmi 2.0

    Can i do on xbox lower resolution for more refresh rate? Like 1440 120hz, or 1080p 120hz?

    so i will be able to activate new feture fps boos on xbox please help

    So just to be clear, does this issue also happen on the Hisense TV and your friend's LG TV? Are these 4K TVs as well?

    that tv has a max output of 60hz so no you cannot increase the refresh rate on the screen.

    No. your TV display needs to support 120hz to get 120hz from the Xbox,

    your TV is limited to 60hz, so that all you'll get, unless you upgrade your TV to one that a true 120hz display.

    There's no possible way to get a 60hz display to run at 120hz.

    In addition to the above, some 4k TVs only accept a 4k signal from certain HDMI ports, check the one you're plugged into. My Hisense tv requires me to enable a setting in the menus; HDMI needs to be set to 'enhanced' or else the xbox reports that the tv
    is not 4k compatible!!
