    Hello Xbox Experts

    Do you have any idea about what are the standards that the Xbox recruitment department is based on for hiring people ? I would like to be a member in the Xbox experts community and I have filled the application and answered all the questions required but I have not received any reply back yet! It's been months now I just need to know does it normally take this long ? I'm currently an agent in the Xbox technical support so I'm definitely sure that my answers were 100% correct and I'm really interested in this job position so I can help as many people as possible.

    Thank you for your reply, I've already applied and still no answers and regarding it's paid or not that is not what I'm interested in I just want to share my knowledge and help gamers with all the issues they might face during gaming.

    I will concede it's more difficult to be a noob today as apposed to the release date. When most of us jumped in day one, everyone was low level. While this idea may be honorable, the OP has not presented himself to the community well. Perhaps this is a better
