    Ich möchte meine kaputte XBOX zum Support einschicken aber irgendwie bekommme ich keine Mail mit Adressaufkleber gesendet!Ich habe eine Mail erhalten wie ich die Konsole zu verpacken habe und das ich mich an UPS wenden soll zur Abholung des Gerätes.Aber
    keine Mail wohin die Konsole geschickt werden soll oder sonstiges.

    Habe mit einer Dame gechatet die meinte das wäre normal aber die Mail soll nach 24 Stunden da sein?Nun sind fast 48 Stunden vorrüber aber keine Mail.Wo kann ich mich in Österreich hinwenden?Gibt es da eine Hotline oder so...Danke für eure Hilfe

    pack and which I should turn to UPS to pick up the device.But no mail

    I have been working with a lady who said that would be normal but the

    Please try to first test your connection to Xbox LIVE, if everything is alright there and no error codes come up, try the instructions below:

    Try everything in the following order: delete your profile (profile only), clear system cache (3
    times)     in a row    , restart your console (important), download your profile again.

    Note: If you can't delete your profile, please turn off your console, remove the storage device, and then plug it back in and start the console.
