Hilarious!!

I found it absolutely hilarious that Microsoft slaps us with a communication ban for going off on these moron hackers/modders on every single game on Xbox live! But file literally hundreds of complaints and they do nothing! Bottom line the are ripping everyone
of us off that's trying to play on Xbox Live! Me and 8 others are about to file a class action lawsuit against Microsoft! Anyone else want to join us feel free to contact me!!!

good luck with that you don't know what ms does with hackers and Modder as that is a violation of privacy laws

One you may not curse regardless of service it is their right to punish anyone who breaks their rules No matter who starts the fight

Two and most important you just report ignore and mute it is that simple

Any action that violates the terms of use including retailiation will be dealt with

Hacks and mod suspensions aren't instant as they do take time as they investigate you should know this as police do the same thing

Cursing however is straightforward

Hard to prove you didn't curse

Fyi calling for legal stuff only gets your thread locked
