    Highly frustrated


    Every time I turn on my Xbox One I'm required to log into my email, my WiFi, and my Microsoft account. This takes about ten minutes. Finally, I got everything set and inserted a play disk and got this: "Do you own this game or app?" Is anyone else having
    this kind of problem?

    Do you have the settings on the console set up to require a password for every log in? If not this can be adjusted by looking through your settings. Also is the console set as your home Xbox?

    ok, first go to and REMOVE YOUR ACCOUNT from PROFILE, then after that UNPLUG POWER to CONSOLE and ROUTER for 2 min, then plug ROUTER in and wait 2 more mins, now plug POWER to CONSOLE in , turn on and now try to enter WiFi in and now download account,
    when you put in email and password for account, make sure to put a check into box that says REMEMBER SIGN IN INFO.
