    It is highly unbelievable that in 2018 Microsoft can not assist me to reset a passcode for my Xbox 360E. I am told that there’s nothing that can be done, seriously? Now I must throw away my console because of forgotten passcode. This is sad indeed

    Saying that I am surprised it hasn't been fixed yet. Hopefully they will have a fix for it very soon. They have stated they will announce when the fix is done. Try to be patient. It is worth the wait. Sorry for the double post, but it wouldn't let me
