High speed internet user but having horrible connection issues while playing XB1 online

Let me start off by saying i have Timer Warner as my ISP and they have been absolutely and utterly useless. The connection is wired through ethernet from my modem/comp to the xbox/playstation. I play alot of Destiny multiplayer online and it used to be perfect,
I had a solid green bar (great connection) and in recent weeks the connection has dropped to a crappy yellow or red bar (terrible connections) and i have no idea why.

I'm supposed to have upto 200 mbps as my internet and half the time i do a scan through xbox i get like 30 mbps which is just awful. The only time it gets better is in the middle of the night, during the day its a nightmare.

Current network status on my XB1 says all services are available and the NAT is open, too.

They replaced my modem, they came a 2nd time and looked at some settings (apparently the modem itself has a setting for xbox...which i find idiotic)

Fast forward to now, absolutely nothing was fixed. I constantly login into PSN or XBL and when i run anything related to online anywhere from 6 to 12 people, i will always have a awful yellow bar or red bar connection no matter what i do.

I've have ran virus scans, cleaning programs such as CCleaner, malware bytes and so on just to be sure my computer is not infected or something. Nothing has changed.

I've ran speedtests on my computer and most of the time it comes up with high numbers (150-200) with low ping and such but my issues on any console continue with awful quality compared to what i am supposed to get.

Has anyone run into problems like this and know the solution?

Are you playing online with other people sometimes this happens when other people have different internet connection for example you can have high speed and they can have land line and that will make a big difference while you playing your game.

what is the name and model # of the modem and router they gave you ?

 

The brand of the modem is Ubee.

Not sure as to what the model # is as its setup in a place where i can' pull it out and look without unplugging a bunch of things. Is the model # important?

 

Ubee has come up on here before with issues....the fact that your speed gets better late at night points to your isp.....the only way to tell for sure would be to go get a plain modem , no gateway like you have now , and plug in the xbox to that and see
how it acts.....I am assuming you have tried both wired and wireless.....
