High purchases

Hello!

Unfortunately in game purchases are often not able to be refunded due to the fact that they are purchased from 3rd party companies for something that has already been distributed and used. A game often can because the license for the game can be revoked, whereas
the digital items have already been used. You can also try reaching out to the individual companies, such as Epic for Fornite, but most of them have a no refund policy for the same reason. The only other option would be to contact your credit card company.
They may or may not refund it based on the circumstances. However, please keep in mind that your Son's Xbox live account would most likely be banned for this since it would be considered Xbox Marketplace Theft.

Yeah im aware that i could have prevented it, but rite now that doesnt help with the frightening situation i am in at this present moment !! Thanks all the same for the link

If the refund was declined please reply to that email or you could talk to xbox support in this situation.

4. Click "Charges on My Account"

5. Click "Show contact options"

6. Click "Chat with Xbox Support" or "Request Callback"

On another note, you could have prevented that from happening and to make sure it doesnt happen agian, have a look at the thread below to familiarise yourself with the safeguards.

not sure but i think the fusilade is what i have in my garage that i found in the free roam and just put in my garage, i didn't have to buy it
