    Hi. So I'm experiencing higher than normal ping (latency) on my xbox one x. Its showing me a latency of 123. And when loading fortnite is a 90 in latency. But my router is telling me I have 40 in latency or lower. Iv called my internet provider. And I'm
    not experiencing any problems with the internet provider. Nor am I having any internet drops or packet loss. And all my connections are good with my modem and router. Iv done the reboot to the router and modem and even xbox one x. And nothing has changed for
    the better. Also everything with firmware on all devices is all updated as well. Also the xbox live ports are plugged in to the router too. On the xbox every time I load fortnite I get a message stating purchases with the xbox store is experiencing problems.
    Is it possible xbox is experiencing server problems along with xbox store. Or is there something more I can do to fix this latency problem which I'm more concerned about than the xbox store.

    High Latency/Ping

    Since Battlefield 1 uses Electronic Arts servers, you need to contact the Electronic Arts support for that issue.

    You say your PC works fine, and other games don't appear to have the same amount of high ping, I'm assuming it is an isolated problem with the Battlefield service.

    I thought that may be the case, but its not limited to BF1 unfortunately. Just happens that I play that more than anything else currently.

    My xbox still shows up with a high latency (with a wired connection) after running the detailed network statistic option.

    I've currently contacted EA, and lets hope its on their end, but none of my mates seem to be having the same issue.

    Too high ping if you're connected to North America servers.

    You get this ping and latency from normal tests or servers?

    The latency test is pinging a server in seattle so you will have a high ping result so unless of course the latency test on the xbox one is a lot higher than what you get when you ping a seattle server on your pc there should not be a problem.
