Discus and support High packet loss in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i have my Xbox one on a dmz and static ip with port forwarding and it says i have high packet loss 100% i have also tried wireless connection still...     i have my Xbox one on a dmz and static ip with port forwarding and it says i have high packet loss 100% i have also tried wireless connection still says 100% i have rebooted my internet on both modem and through the gateway still 100% packet loss all my
    cpus and smartphones work with no problem and i have hard reset my xbox several time still nothing. plz help.

    I have posted in this thread 3 times and still have received zero help makes no sense xbox1 is some ***. Looking like I just wasted a lot of bread!

    High packet loss

    Please be sure to whether use DMZ or portforwardings, not both at the same time. If that doesn't change anything you may have to reset your One back to factory settings and check if that helps.

    If even this makes no difference you should consider having it serviced.

    Thanks for that info. Please see our Multiplayer Connection troubleshooting guide as it includes steps for issues pertaining to packet loss
    under "You have high packet loss". While your packet loss is not currently high, any packet loss can contribute to any network issues you're experiencing.
