    ISP: NTT-WEST / BIGLOBE

    WAN: FTTH

    Router: NEC WR8700N

    NET: WIRED

    I think BIGLOBE is problem, QoS ...

    NTT-WEST wired check is no problem.

    My Japan friends network is no problem.

    Have you by chance reached out to your ISP to see if there's anything on their end blocking you from getting a stable connection?

    Also if possible, are you able to test a different modem to see if there's any change?

    I contacted my ISP, but I was told that no problem occurred.

    However, it seems that the same phenomenon appears in all the friends who use the same ISP, and the problem of the ISP has become certain. The same phenomenon is also reported to BBS, and it is concluded that it is the same problem of ISP.

    But since ISP BIGLOBE does not recognize the problem, there seems to be no way to enjoy XBOX only by changing ISP.

    I am currently looking for another ISP. Also, although it is primary, I connected to another ISP, but the problem was solved.
