High packet loss of 100%

I reset my roter and modem once and the connected it to my Xbox but when i was tacking the test it says that i have a high packet loss of 100

100% packet loss just means when the device requests some information, nothing comes back, could be something blocking the connection, no internet connection, or the bandwidth is being used up elsewhere. Likely the issue is not with the console. make sure
internet works on other devices, and make sure the console is connected to the router correctly
