    High Packet Loss Issues


    For the past few days I've had High Packet Loss of 100% just about all day. I can use Netflix and other apps occasionally, but if I try to play Battlefield 4 or another game the lag is so terrible it boots me from whatever match I join. I am using a wired
    connection to my college's network so I can't unplug the router or anything like that like Xbox tells me to. Right now I checked and it said packet loss was 48% and then I clicked check again and it said there were no issues, so I tried to play BF4 and it
    instantly started lagging and put me back at High Packet Loss. Is anyone else having these issues right now?

    Thanks for that info. Please see our Multiplayer Connection troubleshooting guide as it includes steps for issues pertaining to packet loss
    under "You have high packet loss". While your packet loss is not currently high, any packet loss can contribute to any network issues you're experiencing.

    High Packet Loss Issues

    The problem is your internet probably because too many people are on at same time as you not much you can do unless you can get your own separate internet line

    Could be your internet as a whole. Maybe packet loss with noise in the line. Best thing to do is to speed test. It will list your packet loss. Plus high jitter or a high ping will also mean there is an issue with noise in the line. Might worth a look.
