    I am sorry to hear that.

    Are you having disconnections while playing?

    There is this current inconsistency that shows 100% packet loss on the network test but players can still play without an issue.

    If it was 100% packet loss, you wouldn't be able to connect and navigate at all on the console.

    Please, try clearing your MAC address.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system, then Settings.

    In the General tab, select Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear.

    Restart your console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your controller to open the Power Center.

    Select Restart console and then select Restart.

    (If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

    Sign in to your console.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Since turning off the firewall seemed to fix the high packet loss issue, you may want to try finding some middle ground here. Try lowering the firewall settings a bit to see if this helps.

    Aside from that, I recommend checking out the troubleshooting on this step. The article is for when a console has high packet loss, but the troubleshooting is for your network and router so it can help you out on pc as well :

    Just select High packet loss and go through the steps.

    Thanks for that info. Please see our Multiplayer Connection troubleshooting guide as it includes steps for issues pertaining to packet loss
    under "You have high packet loss". While your packet loss is not currently high, any packet loss can contribute to any network issues you're experiencing.
