    Hi

    I am from Australian and have been playing Xbox one online for 2 years with out any problems. A week ago my Xbox told me I have a high packet loss of 100% when I did a network check and its stopping me from playing online. I have connected if to another
    network and it works fine. So it must be a network problem right?

    I have reset everything I can reset (apart from factory reset my modem) I was playing on a wired connection and I tried to connect via wireless but having the same problem. All other devices connected to my network are fine.

    Can anyone help me there is no info online I can find that is any help High packet loss 100% :(

    So, I have the same issue and it had been like this for over a month. I can use Netflix, but I can't play multi-player games at all. I'm honestly fed up with this crap. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix it? I've practically done everything that was
    said on YouTube, but it's still not working.

    High packet loss of 100%

    100% packet loss just means when the device requests some information, nothing comes back, could be something blocking the connection, no internet connection, or the bandwidth is being used up elsewhere. Likely the issue is not with the console. make sure
    internet works on other devices, and make sure the console is connected to the router correctly
