High on life (the game on gamepass)

For some reason this issue seems to only be affecting me and ive tried verifying my game files and repairing my game. but the issue is that i open High on life on the xbox gamepass app on pc. it will then open up the "Signing in..." and that is as far as it will get as from there it will presumibly load forever. It doesnt crash either because the loading icon in the bottom left is working totally fine and running at normal pace and doesnt lag. the image below is all a get for eternity... except the circles of dots in the far lower right will spin in a circle. and yes i have tried verifying my gamefiles so dont say that.

Also worth mentioning every other game works litterally fine its only High on life. and i know this because i just opened them.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to my SSD and also additional regular hard drives and had no success so far. Do you remember if there was anything else unique that you did to get it to work?

Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

Hi! YES! I'm also having this exact same issue! Cannot for the life of me figure out it's cause.
I see a couple other are also having the problem here. I thought I was the only one. Tried SEVERAL potential fixes for this game not launching suggesed by others who have similar but not the same issue. I guess most people get and error where this doesn't cause one. Just keeps Signing in forever. I bought a month of game pass just to stream this game and feel ripped off. It's quite ****.

1 - Type cmd (Command Prompt) in the search bar of the Start menu and then click Run as administrator.

2 - Enter chkdsk /f/x/r/v

Being in use the system will ask if the user wants to check the chosen drive after reboot. Just type S and restart the computer.

Hi! Had the same issue where the game wouldn't load, deleted the game and simply redownloaded it to my SSD, upon completing the download I launched it and it worked. Oh and i noticed that the xbox app for some unknown reason said "moving" instead of "downloading". I am sure that the game was downloading and not moving as I went as far as to disconnect the HDD that the game was downloaded on after having deleted it from there.
